At the beginning of placing your order, you’ll have the opportunity to register with us in order to be able to retrieve your details and chosen delivery address. (Please note that this does not include your payment card details.) You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account.

If you wish to change or update your online account information (including your email address, password or communication preferences) simply click on `Your Orders` in the top menu bar or click here to go the `Your Orders` page. Then simply enter your email address and password and you will then be able to change the details that you originally gave.

If you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from our mailing list, then go into `Your Orders` and click on the `Your interests and promotional preferences` link.

We'd like all our customers to receive the information they need to make their online shopping experience successful.

As a customer we’ll automatically send you emails confirming your order, its despatch and any changes you might make to the order or your personal details.  We’ll also contact you in the unlikely event that there’s a problem with the payment or delivery of your order.

In addition, we can keep you up-to-date with special offers and products we think you'll like.  If you want to subscribe to our regular email newsletters, just click the ‘Pets at Home club’ promotion or newsletter links on the homepage or the subscription link in ‘Your Account'.

If you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can click the link at the bottom of the emails we send you to remove your address from our list.

If you use a shared or public computer to shop at petsathome.com, you should log out (also called "log off" or "sign out") when you've finished to prevent other users from accessing your personal information.

To log out, click the "Sign out" link under the Your account links at the bottom of the page. Your personal information is then removed from the computer - you'll see the greeting on the homepage is no longer personalised to you.

If you have forgotten your password, all you need to do is enter your email address on the 'Forgotten your password' page and we will email you your password information. Then simply follow the instructions in the email to change your password.
